Use our online scheduling tool to pick a time that works for the client and our notary.
Send your documents directly to the clients, mail them to us, or ask us about our complete print and assembly services.
Our notary will meet your client to sign and notarize documents.
Typically, we leave the original documents with your client. However we are happy to mail them to your office, with tracking.
Our notary is equipped with a power, scanner and computer in their vehicle. Meaning, we can scan the document on site and return the originals to the client - or mail the originals to your office.
If you provide us with the appropriate credentials we are happy to email or upload the scans of the documents to your secure portal. We are well versed in Clio, Cosmolex, and Rocketlawyer. We can also share the documents with the clients at your request.
Transparency
We've tried to make it as easy as possible to determine how much we will charge for our services. All rates are calculated to include individual or a married couple estate plan. Visit Our Fees page to learn more.
Zones
Instead of charging travel fees by the mile, or hour, we've developed 6 Zones that cover most of the Portland-Metro area. If your location is outside of one of the zones, or you require additional services please reach out!
Custom a la Cart Packages
If you'd prefer to customize the services we offer - we'd be happy to discuss the rates, or provide bulk discounts for multiple signings scheduled on the same day.
We believe the worst that can happen to a carefully drafted estate plan is poorly executing it. Your client's estate plan will be executed in compliance with all appropriate notary laws and all our notaries operate with the utmost professionalism. If we miss a signature we will return to your client to obtain it, at our own expense.
Yes! Just be sure to select Deluxe or Premium when booking your appointment. We can provide one additional person who is also a notary to cross witness and notarize with your assigned notary. Meaning, Witness A is your notary and Witness B is also a notary. Witness A can notarize Witness B's signature for the affidavit of attesting witnesses, and vice versa.
We are happy to coordinate directly with your client to schedule the signing meeting, however we do require that they have an attorney associated with them who can answer questions about their documents. We do not provide notary services to people who are not actively represented by an attorney.
In some instances a generalist may be perfectly fine to serve as your notary, in fact we encourage it! However, in our experience hiring a generalist to execute an estate plan increases the risks that key signatures are missing, formal execution requirements aren't met, a witness is needed, and in some instances a notary may refuse all together to notarize the document because they aren't well versed in the administrative rules and statutes that govern them. Our notaries are trained by a practicing estate planning attorney who has deep experience notarizing unusual situations. We've had signers who are non-verbal, physically unable, or require translators. We've successfully completed hospice and deathbed signings. We know what it takes to properly execute a plan in compliance with applicable regulations.
